Ahlem Hajaji is a Junior Research Fellow with HISDEMAB. She is a doctoral candidate at Université de la Manouba in Tunis (Laboratoire Régions et Ressources Patrimoniales de Tunisie). Her doctoral research, supervised by Prof. Habib Kazdaghli, focuses on the Jewish Community in Tunisia under French Colonization. In the framework of HISDEMAB, she particularly investigates Communal Jewish Deliberative and Election Practices in Colonial Tunis.
